The Kentucky Career Center - Bluegrass/American Job Center will:

• Work with a company to develop a training plan tailored to the business's specific needs.

• Pay up to half the cost of the training.

• Assist the business through the process to get a skilled productive workforce trained precisely the way the business requires.
